A Glass Ménagerie

Collection Summary

All of the images in this gallery album were executed at the Corning Museum of Glass in Corning, New York.  Without exception, each image is a reinterpretation of an actual object of art or a historic functional piece made from glass–and part of the curated display or housed collection there.

Capturing these images is a project that began in 2012, representing many museum visits over the years.  The following gear was used to record the photos:

    • Canon XTi DSLR (Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM Lens)
    • Nikon D7100 DSLR (Sigma 17-70mm F2.8-4 DC Macro(OS) HSM|C; Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-300mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR; Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR)
    • Fujifilm XT-5 Mirrorless (TAMRON 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3 Di III-A VC VXD; |via Fringer FR-FTX1| NIKKOR 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR)
